How does the
PolyJoule Battery work?

PolyJoule’s battery cells may look typical, but their key difference lies within: traditional metal oxide electrodes are replaced with conductive polymers. These complex 3D scaffolds are synthesized from naturally occurring organic compounds, engineered to conduct electricity and store charge through a unique bond arrangement known as a conjugated backbone. This approach eliminates common failure points of metal-based batteries, including dendrite formation, thermal runaway, and rapid capacity fade.
